The hat is exactly as shown on the website. Looks great in person and is well made. Quick shipping and excellent support. I ordered a hat that was too big, my mistake. I received quick and friendly service and in a matter of days we receievd a smaller size which fits perfectly. As a dog family, we love that each purchase supports dogs.

Love the hat. The colours are great. The S/M fits a bit more snug than my other S/M FlexFit hats, but they are not all made the exact same. No fault of the company. It is a chance you take. A size up would have been too big. I wear it often, especially when walking the dogs. Thank you for the great hat.
